1. TRAINING TIPS
- 1.1. Do I need any boxing or training experience?
No experience is required. FightClub was designed with the neophyte in mind.
- 1.2. How often shall I train?
FightClub offers three options for training intensity. Low (2 times a week), Medium (3-4 times a week), and High (5 times a week). You can change your training intensity at any time in your profile settings (Settings - Manage Training - Change Training Intensity).
- 1.3. How do I schedule my training?
Your training schedule is created during the on-boarding process. If you skipped the on-boarding screens, just tap Schedule Training on the Home screen. Your training starts from Level 1. Each Level consists of five workouts. You need to complete all workouts of the current Level to move to the next Level.
- 1.4. Can I listen to Apple Music during Workouts?
Definitely. You can connect Apple Music at any time in your profile settings (Settings - Workout Settings - Apple Music On).
- 1.5. What is Library and how do I use it?
The Library feature is a compendium of all your unlocked levels and the literal knowledge and power that they contain. Refer to the library at any time to go over a certain move, or footwork you want to study further.
2. PRICING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
- 2.1. How much is the App?
FightClub is free to download. Subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We offer the following auto-renewing subscription options: US$ 14.99 monthly; US$ 99.99 yearly. Prices for non-United States customers may vary. Payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase or after free 7-day trial period, where applicable. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. All purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
- 2.2. How do I activate my Free Trial?
You can activate your Free Trial by tapping on any of your scheduled workouts or by going to your profile settings (Settings - Subscription) and tapping Start 7-Day FREE Trial.
- 2.3. Do you offer discounts?
You can save 45% by choosing our discounted Yearly Subscription. To upgrade to the Yearly Subscription, go to your profile settings (Settings - Subscription) and tap Upgrade.
- 2.4. When and how can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, tap Settings on the top right corner, then Subscription, Manage in iTunes and turn the auto-renew off. You will have access to the workouts until the end of your current subscription period. Alternatively, you can cancel directly in your iTunes Account. Tap Settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple ID (on the top) - iTunes and App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID - Subscriptions and turn the auto-renew off.
3. TECHNICAL MATTERS
- 3.1. Do I need an Internet connection to play workouts?
You need an Internet connection to download your workouts. Once downloaded, the workouts can be played without the Internet.
- 3.2. I need space on my phone. Can I delete a workout?
You can delete workouts in your profile settings (Settings - Workout Settings - Delete All Workouts).
